1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to legal transactions between Happy Pizzeria and the responsible pizza delivery service for the corresponding delivery area (hereinafter "Happy Pizzeria"), as well as their customers in the context of order facilitation through the website happypizzeria.fasteat.ch. The services provided by Happy Pizzeria through the happypizzeria.fasteat.ch online ordering service are solely offered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&Cs"). By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted the T&Cs. Happy Pizzeria reserves the right to change the T&Cs at any time. The version of the T&Cs published on happypizzeria.fasteat.ch at the time of the order is decisive.

3. Order and Delivery

4. Prices and Payment

Happy Pizzeria reserves the right to verify the information and exclude individuals who disregard the T&Cs from the online ordering service.
